Sorry I disagree with most of this article, you’re basing it on 2 assumptions that people who earn more money work longer hours and that money = happiness. Myself and my wife earn different amounts of money and both put in 8 hour days - should the one who earns less then have to cook dinner, tidy the house and out the baby to bed to “make up” for not earning enough?

It’s not about who earns what it’s about how you live your life. Yes most people have a basic financial need to survive but beyond that the question is how you want to live your life to be happy.
