Good on you taking positive action and making it work.

There are so many recruitment businesses around these days because there are no barriers to entry and potentially high earnings. Unfortunately this makes it an industry full of charlatans and chancers. To make it work you need to hit your niche, work your industry and have a robust process.

There is money to be made but it is not an easy path to walk, especially if you are in a saturated sector.

I say this with confidence having run my own recruitment business and failed to really kick it on.
